REPORT FOR 2019 ON THE PROGRESS OF IMPLEMENTATION OF THE NATIONAL DEVELOPMENT STRATEGY OF THE KYRGYZ REPUBLIC FOR 2018-2040

This report is devoted to the results of monitoring and evaluating the implementation of the National Development Strategy of the Kyrgyz Republic for 2018-2040 (NDS-2040).

The monitoring and evaluation system is based on the NSR-2040 Passport, which allows:

1. Formalize all the strategic goals of the NDS-2040 in the form of a tree of goals, building a hierarchy between them according to the level of priority and formulating them according to the unified standards of modern strategic planning;

2. To develop indicators for their quantitative and qualitative measurement for all strategic goals of NDS-2040, personally distributing responsibility for their achievement among all, without exception, central bodies of state and local government;

3. For the regular provision of statistical and informational reporting, to determine uniform formats and frequency of submission, as well as personal responsible among all subjects of government;

4. Automate the formation of the results of the monitoring and evaluation system of the NDS-2040 implementation process;

5. Always keep the pulse of managing the implementation of this strategic document at an effective and efficient level, as well as act ahead of new challenges of the time.
