PROGRAM FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF PUBLIC PROCUREMENT OF THE KYRGYZ REPUBLIC UNTIL 2020

System diagnostics of the Department of Public Procurement under the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic was carried out. Based on its results, a spectrum of problems in the work of the department was revealed. To solve them, the Program for the Development of Public Procurements of the Kyrgyz Republic until 2020 and a detailed Plan for its implementation were developed.
