THE CONCEPT OF IMPROVEMENT OF THE GOVERNMENT ACTIVITY OF THE KYRGYZ REPUBLIC BY 2015

In the speech “the Course for renewal of the country”  by the President of Kyrgyz Republic on 24 March, 2009, the reform of the public administration was identified as one of the main priorities in the long-term changes in the country. At the same time, it should be designed to ensure that all interest groups were able to participate in public decision-making and monitoring their implementation.
