THE CONCEPT OF IMPLEMENTATION OF THE PARLIAMENTARY MODEL OF GOVERNANCCE IN THE SYSTEM OF THE EXECUTIVE POWER OF THE KYRGYZ REPUBLIC

After the adoption of the new Constitution of the Kyrgyz Republic in 2010, the transition to the parliamentary form of government has significantly redistributed the roles of all actors of the political system. Today, much significance in the process of governance is given to political parties, civil society and business community, the opinion of which the state institutions must consider. Meantime, the powers of the Parliament have strengthened while the powers of the President have significantly reduced.
