STRATEGIC DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM of the Talas region for the period 2009-2011 is the main document which reflects the main directions and nature of the development for the period of 2008-2011.

The program represents the integrated system of targets for the development of social, economic, environmental sphere, community, and a system of effective ways and methods to achieve them which are interconnected with the main resources.
