DIAGNOSTICS OF THE SYSTEM OF FORENSIC-EXPERT ACTIVITY OF THE KYRGYZ REPUBLIC, 2015

Diagnostics of the State Forensic Center under the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic was carried out. The following results were achieved:

• made a management audit of goals, business processes, regulations, organizational structures, human and financial resources of the state forensic examination system in Kyrgyzstan;

• an analysis of the international experience of the functioning of the system of state forensic examination was carried out;

• a new model of the state system of forensic examination in the Kyrgyz Republic and recommendations for its further sustainable functioning have been developed.
