The Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "On State Strategic Management in the Kyrgyz Republic" was developed to regulate the process of state strategic management and systematization of strategic documents .. It regulates relations between all branches of government and state bodies related to the initiation, development, coordination and approval, implementation, monitoring and evaluation , changes in state strategic documents at all levels of the public administration system. This Law defines the hierarchy and types of state strategic documents, and also establishes the stages of state strategic management.
