OVERVIEW OF THE CURRENT STATE OF THE KYRGYZ REPUBLIC ON THE IMPLEMENTATION OF SUSTAINABLE PUBLIC PROCUREMENT, 2019

Studied international and country experience in the implementation of sustainable public procurement (SPP) in terms of the possibility of its application in the Kyrgyz Republic. The analysis of political, legislative and institutional gaps in the country for the inclusion of sustainability criteria in the public procurement process was carried out, as well as recommendations for their elimination. Through the principles of sustainability, public procurement becomes an investment instrument that ensures environmental safety, social justice and economic efficiency of the country's development.
